Senior IT professional with 35 years of experience in information technology, engineering management, training, consultancy, and research. Brings over a decade of expertise in environment and sustainability initiatives, telemedicine, and cybersecurity. One of only three Fellow Engineers from India registered with the Society of Professional Engineers (UK). Honored by the Institution of Engineers (India), Tripura State Chapter, and delivered a keynote lecture on Project Management for Engineers during its Silver Jubilee celebrations. Expertise spans cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital skills for boards, leadership development, software architecture, project management, and constraint management.

A seasoned technical team lead and IT trainer, Network and Cyber Security, with strong capabilities in Data Bases, software development, ITIL/ITSM, and COBIT 4.0. Known as a technical evangelist with a focus on emerging technologies such as blockchain, and valued for leadership, mentoring, and strategic insight.

Technology executive with over 27 years of global IT experience spanning the USA, Singapore, and India. Specializes in digital transformation, AI/ML, data analytics, and enterprise architecture. Currently serves as a Fractional CTO/CIO, advising organizations on AI adoption, governance frameworks, and scalable technology solutions. Deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing in AI, data, and agile/project management disciplines.
